I’m very pleased with the dealership but I called weeks in advance to reserve an suv so I could drive it for a few hours abs when I got there it was a sedan. Granted, cars are hard to come by but if they would have let me know ahead of time my husband wouldn’t have scheduled time to drive with me.

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. This visit was for a battery problem that was under warranty. The replacement part was faulty which meant a return visit. The new part is working just fine. In all, this was a good experience and I am very satisfied.

Max was terrific to deal with! Other than my car suffering a crash in the dealership harming the back bumper, and the car having a starting issue while there; I did how how Max delivered the news to me and took care of everything.

Excellent service Chris kept me informed while my car was being serviced I was told that the car would repaired and inspected so there would be no further problems he car was detailed when it was returned.

Max was very helpful and had constant contact with me with updates and recommendations. The car is running better than it has in a long time and returned it clean. I also love the loaner program since my car had to be in there over a week.

I really liked the way I was treated here. There are a few dealerships that are close and a LOT that are nowhere near the feeling I got here, but they've changed my feelings on this long-time luxury brand and will be my first stop the next time I'm in the market for a new car.
The staff here (not only the amazing salesperson) was really great and did a wonderful job at finding a great, new vehicle I liked and stayed within my budget. I would highly recommend working with them not only for a new Mercedes but if they have a used car that catches your eye. I was here when it was 115 degrees out (both days) and my salesperson made me feel like I was her only customer. I am absolutely buying/leasing my next car from here, too.

I brought the car in at 7, the oil change only was completed at two. They said washed and vacuumed on sheet, clearly not done as I saw dirt on floor mats and dirty hand prints where they opened my hood. Not thrilled, my Lincoln dealer actually does what is on the sheet.
