Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton has the best service department by far out of the three dealerships in the metro area. Andy is a great service advisor! They use a handheld pressure washer to clean the car, unlike the scratch-producing automated systems at Portland and Wilsonville.

My sales consultant, Ryan Kritz, was awesome! I had a million questions, and he patiently answered all of them. I never felt the pressure of a stereotypical car-buying experience. I feel like I got a fair deal, and an amazing car.

Best sales experience at any dealership anywhere thanks to Mehdi Jamil in sales and Garrett Heinetz in financial services. Mehdi is cordial, respectful, low pressure and got me service paperwork even though I asked for it after I had already bought the car. Garrett was competent, and willing to beat a great rate from my bank and got me a 2.99% on a 36 months with the MB financial services CPO deal. So far only good things to say about this place!
