Service: Recently visited the service department for my wife's GLA 45 DCT Fluid Service. I worked with Chris and it was a very pleasant experience. Quick response to our issue while on roadtrip - gas cap door would not open and the plastic (why plastic???) manual lever to open from inside fell off in my hands. Stopped by late Sunday on roadtrip nearly out of gas. Very helpful salesman discussed, one guy tried to fix and they said come first thing in morning to service dept. checkin person Nathan was gracious and professional, as was mechanic Ron - fixed the matter with new part quickly, showed me what he’d done in case it happens again. Once I finally got an service appointment, things went well. Then when I brought my car in, I was in consist contact with my advisor. My car was ready when estimated. My car was up front waiting for me to pick it up. Again, improvement is needed make a service appointment. I called three times. I left three messages that were never returned. I had to actually stop in and make my service appointment in person. This was not the experience Mercedes-Benz is know for.

I can’t thank Paul in Parts and Ryan in Service enough. I was stuck on the road 80 miles away in WA. with a flat crying and Paul answered my numerous phone calls to locate a speciality tire for my Bentley that no one else had.
