Beaverton MB is very well managed with customers in mind for sure. My last couple of service visits were managed by Andy Jones. I trust his service recommendations to the point where I just make an appointment once per year and tell him to do whatever needs servicing. I used to go through all my past service receipts and juxtapose them with the MB maintenance schedule so I would be wise to any attempted upselling of service items. I came to Beaverton Mercedes with multiple past experiences from the Wilsonville store that left me unsatisfied. Chris Walters at the Beaverton Mercedes dealership was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and respectful to my needs. The mechanic, Connor, took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix it and showed me the broken parts. He advised me on things to keep an eye on for the future. I will make the longer drive just to come talk with him and seek his help.

Best car service I have ever had and I bought a used car. Not even a Mercedes. I can get the oil changed for life. There was a dark strip that made it hard to see at night. It was removed for no charge.

Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton has the best service department by far out of the three dealerships in the metro area. Andy is a great service advisor! They use a handheld pressure washer to clean the car, unlike the scratch-producing automated systems at Portland and Wilsonville.

My sales consultant, Ryan Kritz, was awesome! I had a million questions, and he patiently answered all of them. I never felt the pressure of a stereotypical car-buying experience. I feel like I got a fair deal, and an amazing car.
