I have my 2017 C300 4matic serviced here for work I cannot do myself. The service writers have always been helpful. The people in the parts department do whatever they can to help me get the parts and consumables that I need for my car. Their price on oil and filters can’t be beat by the auto parts stores and that is awesome. They have gone above and beyond to get items covered by warranty that should be, and they have made sure to do the repairs right the first time. I trust their work.
Excessive pressure to accept add-ons to inflate the final sale price so that minor adjustments can be made and presented as favors to the customer. But this was not the work of the sales person; rather it seems to be baked into the finance/sale contract process.
The car was completed in a timely manner , I got to use the courtesy car for 3 days. The staffs were very friendly . Ryan Collins explained the diagnostic process and possible scenarios , I was not surprised at the necessary repairs.

I bought a replacement part for my 2000 Mercedes. Great experience. Beaverton had the part. My go-to Portland service center did not. The service sales person double checked the part's fit with my vehicle's vin number. She guaranteed a return of the part as long as the part had not been installed. The part fit ... Perfect. I wish Mercedes would make it easier to reset codes though. Disconnecting the battery and resetting some electronic features is a bit of a pain. All good 👍

Scheduled a B service but ended up needing only an A service, so we decided to stay at the dealership. The waiting area was clean and nice with fresh coffee and water options. TV was available for background noise too. Only had one service provider, Skyler (?) but he communicated very well and worked diligently to get everyone back in their cars as quick as he could.
