Beaverton Mercedes is excellent. I would absolutely take my car hear again. The repair was going to take 4 days to get the part in but I got my car back in 2. Quick turn around and clear communication. I was told by portland mercedes that they would charge me a 2k deposit just to look at my car because it was over 10 years old. Beaverton Mercedes didn't require a deposit. I will NEVER take my car to Portland Mercedes.

I went to MB due a flat tire, JD took care of me greatly. The service was done very quicly, first thing in the morning. I was able to resume my activities almost at my normal work schedule. Thanks JD and MB team. P.S. The flat tire rate thought is very high for these GLA250 tires. No sure if the run flat option for this model has some design issues can be improved, but I never had this high flat tire rate before with other cars. Maybe you can make your manufactirer aware.

I had a service A done here recently. First time there, as I used to go to Freeman. Great facility, quick and easy check-in/out. Ryan, my service advisor, was super helpful and responsive, kept me in the loop with text messages, provided me with an Uber back and forth. Also provided me with a link and video of the multipoint inspection as soon as it was done, along with a list of estimates that I could approve/reject without having to be there. Overall great service, and will definitely keep coming there.
I was blown away by the kindness, patience, and support I received during my buying process. I went in to the store to do a test drive and ended up falling in love. Since I wasn't necessarily planning to buy that day, I had my small children with me. Both my salesperson Norman and the finance director Mejra were so patient and accommodating to my children.
