Mercedes-Benz Service A is recommended after 10,000 miles or 1 year after you purchase your 2009 and newer Mercedes-Benz.
The Service A checklist includes:

Very professional dealership! I’ve had my c class serviced here 4 times now and it’s been a good experience every time. The most recent was exceptional. Came in with a check engine light and Shak took great care of my car. Apparently it was a relatively easy fix but I got my car back the next day. I’ve never gotten my car back that fast at any shop so kudos to him. This is the only Mercedes-Benz dealer I will be using from now on. I’m considering buying a new benz in the next few months and ...

I met with sales team member Bruce Stromenger who helped me buy a GLE 450. Bruce is an amazing professional, easy to work with, and so patient as I worked through the many options and packages to choose from. I was actually looking at other GLE 450s at other dealerships. Bruce was professional the whole way. Never pressured me at all. Always helpful. It was a combination of the car and Bruce that closed the sale. Very happy I was able to work with him.

I bought a used car that wasn’t that expensive, so his profit probably wasn’t much, but he treated me like I was buying a high end vehicle. That kind of customer service is rare these days.
